Greenwood Academy is the first and only care service education provider for International Students in Sydney which is CRICOS registered, qualified as National Registered Training Organization (RTO) and Australian Qualifications Framework. We provide professional animal care knowledge and skills with our dedicated, passionate, industrial experienced trainers, with more than 240 hours of practical placement in our corporation businesses and institutions.
At the heart of our brand identity lies our distinctive logo, meticulously crafted to encapsulate the values and aspirations of Greenwood Academy.
The logo elegantly marries multiplesymbolic elements, each representing a facet of our institution's ethos:
Traditionally, Palauans did not have a writing system, so they used carving to record their stories and legends, known as "storyboards." Therefore, we incorporated the design elements with the texture of wood carvings, conveying the rustic spirit of Palau. Additional symbols include money symbolizing wealth, spiders symbolizing production, and the Palauan tridacna shell symbolizing treasures of the sea.
Earth Tone Brown: The use of a natural earth tone brown embodies the core element of "wood" in Greenwood, anchoring us to the roots of knowledge and growth. It signifies stability, foundation, and a sense of belonging, highlighting our dedication to providing a nurturing environment for intellectual development.
Royal Green: The regal green hue exudes professionalism and embodies the vibrancy of growth, reflecting the dynamic learning environment at Greenwood Academy. It represents our commitment to fostering both academic and personal growth in our students, while also symbolizing the "green" in Greenwood, alluding to our connection with nature.
G & W Combination: The interplay of the letters G and W forms the foundation of our logo, echoing the name of our institution. These letters, ingeniously arranged in the shape of an open book, reinforce our identity as an educational establishment. This visual metaphor emphasizes our dedication to fostering learning, enlightenment, and intellectual exploration.
Open Book and Hands: The logo's design is also reminiscent of two hands extended in collaboration, evoking a sense of unity and shared endeavor. This powerful representation underscores our belief in the collective pursuit of knowledge and growth, as well as the nurturing and supportive community that Greenwood Academy offers.
